overall experience was ok. location was nice , weather was nice. apartment room size was ok. but the bathroom was too small . and their cleaning charges and Bed linen etc charges are too high .

when i reached the apartment with my family i could not find it. then when i found it and tried to open the main garden door it was locked . then i called the host and even messaged her, but she did not pick. that was very embarrassing situation to stand on road in so cold with my old aged mother. then first day host gave me 2 soaps. but next day when i asked for more soap Host asked me to go out and buy from market. the soap size was too small . like a pocket soap . so it finished after washing a few times and we needed a soap for shower also. the room size is ok. but the bathroom size is too small to stand and take shower. and the thing which i did not like was that they charged 120 CHF for cleaning and 60 CHF for bed linen etc which i think is too high as I have stayed in many apartments across the world.
