La ubicación excepcional,supermercados super cerca,rodeado de restaurantes, se puede ir caminando a todos los sitios,y el parking muy cómodo y necesario y la chica de recepción majisima

El colchon se hunde en el centro, la tarima cruje mucho y el mantenimiento de pintura un poco dejada

El colchón estaba súper hundido en el medio y al día siguiente nos dolía todo El microondas estaba sucio y lleno de palomitas El techo era súper bajo, una persona de 1,80 no cabe Solo nos dieron un rollo de papel higiénico El aire acondicionado no podías ponerlo cuando tú quisieras, se encendía automáticamente a cierta hora En general, todo muy pequeño para el precio que pagamos

La ubicación es magnífica, en el centro de Ávila, junto a la Plaza del Mercado Chico y a menos de cinco minutos de la catedral. Se puede encontrar aparcamiento sin dificultad por la zona de San Andrés, a cinco minutos andando. El apartamento no es muy grande, pero suficiente para dos personas, estaba limpio y equipado con lo necesario.

El cuarto de baño es pequeñísimo, la ducha está bien, aunque la mampara no cerraba herméticamente y el desagüe tragaba mal (aunque lo dijimos y lo trataron de desatascar, duró poco). El lavabo es mínimo. Tampoco hay perchas donde dejar las toallas. El colchón no es muy firme y se hunde un poco al centro (no demasiado).
