Villa Laura Charme Apartments

The apartment is located very close to the beach. The pool area was lovely and well maintained. The apartment was clean and the terrace was much larger than expected. A cot and highchair were provided for the baby. Angelo welcomed us and arranged early check in so we could put the baby down for a nap after a long travel day. This was much appreciated. He was very helpful and communicative before we arrived, communicating via WhatsApp and we were able to pay him directly at the apartment with cash or card. Air-conditioning worked well and there was a washing machine in the apartment which was great. There is also an outdoor shower and BBQ.

The apartment itself (upstairs attic apartment) was a little cramped. The beams in the bedroom and living area are very low and my husband hit his head twice. Be aware and I would not book if you are tall. I believe the other apartments do not have this issue Check out was 10am which is quite early and while the apartment is very close to the beach, it is in a somewhat residential area, and is around a 20 minute walk to the town centre and a 10/15 minute walk from the supermarket. This was not a big issue per se but something to be wary of. The TV also did not seem to work although we may just not have been able to figure it out and we were not too pushed. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would probably book again if we were in Avola (but likely not the attic apartment).

Ausgezeichnete Lage, wirklich wunderschön. Ich hatte Glück; mein Aufenthalt war von fantastischen, sonnigen Tagen begleitet und somit sehr erholsam. Die Wohnung war komfortabel und sehr sauber, es fehlte an nichts; ich konnte problemlos kochen, da ich alles Nötige hatte. Fantastisch!

Νεόδμητο και και καθαρό διαμέρισμα με όλες τις ανέσεις κοντά στην παραλία και σε καταστήματα εστίασης με τα πόδια . Ευκολο πάρκινγκ στη γύρω περιοχή . Ζεστο νερό όλο το 24ωρο και καλή πίεση πράγμα δύσκολο στο νησί. Μιας χρήσης προϊόντα για μπάνιο και κουζίνα. Άμεση ανταπόκριση σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε.

Πολύ κακό στρώμα κρεβατιού ήταν δύσκολο να ξεκουραστεί κανείς , θέλει σίγουρα αλλαγή . Η απουσία ασανσέρ δε βοηθά ενοικιαστές σε μεγαλύτερη ηλικία ή ΑΜΕΑ. Το πλυντήριο ήταν παλιο και πολύ βρώμικο πιθανόν από προηγούμενο χρήστη και δεν μπορέσαμε να το χρησιμοποιήσουμε κατά τη διαμονή μας πράγμα που μας δυσκόλεψε .

Excellent stay at this apartment in Villa Laura. Everything was perfectly functional making it easy to feel at home, every space was spotless and the cleanliness was outstanding too. Just a short walk from the beach and close to services like shops and restaurants. Staff was friendly and professional, always ready to help. Thank you

Posso dire di aver trascorso un soggiorno veramente piacevole in questo appartamento, moderno, funzionale e curato in ogni dettaglio. La camera da letto spaziosa e confortevole, la cucina con tutto il necessario, oltre ad avere clima e WiFi. La struttura è gestita con grande attenzione e lo staff è sempre disponibile a dare consigli e suggerimenti, c'è anche la piscina disponibile dove potersi rilassare, pulita e ben tenuta nonostante il mare sia anche raggiungibile a piedi. Perfetto

Deluxe apartment very spacious and clean, the other one on the top floor much smaller and not that great.

Struttura nuova e confortevole, con piscina ancora disponibile e utilizzabile. Lo staff è molto amichevole e disponibile a info e suggerimenti l'appartamento era pulito e ordinato e la sera vicino ci sono anche bar e paninoteche. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare le zone limitrofe e le città vicine
