Eftychia's house in the beautiful village Vryses.

Every detail sas just perfect. The hosts were amazing. The house is super clean and comfortable, made with love and deep thoughts about everything you need. We highly recommend.

The apartment is on the ground floor of the building, the owners are living on the first floor. The accommodation was quite spacious, we've been there as a family of four but did not have any issues. Kitchen is well equipped, the main bedroom is a big one. Wi-Fi was very good, considering my previous experiences. We were there in the middle of a heat wave and as air conditioning is only in the living room, first we thought that might be a problem. But fortunately the house was so cool that we did not use air conditioning (except once when we were a little bit exhausted after the Gorge Samaria trip). The bedrooms have fans and these combined with the open windows resulted a calm sleep. The neighborhood is quiet, even the church's bell started to sound at 8AM :-). Oh and the owner were so kind 10/10. We had a late checkin at 1AM, the owners were waiting for us in the street and in the table we found some Dakos to eat and a very delicious cake. And after we mentioned that our kids said that this cake is their new favourite, the lady baked one more portion in the other day. :-) If you don't like the mass tourism in Agia Marina, this is your place to be.

Really need a car to live here, there is a very good restaurant nearby (Pergamonto), but no supermarket or anything else. Not really a cons for us (that's why we chose this small village), but it might be for someone else. Anyway the nearest supermarket (Lidl) is five minutes drive and also the beach is around 5-6 minutes.

We were welcomed by our lovely host Eftychia, who gave us a tour through the beautifully modernised and decorated appartment. Above all our expectations. We liked the location in a small village, with all kind of old houses, a church and... a taverna with very nice food.
