Communicating with the host remotely was difficult. No one was at the property. Entrance was not clearly marked and we experienced lots of difficulty using the QR codes to open the doors at the main entrance and room.

Check in process was confusing, and the host never responded to messages.

Matoucí označení, nebylo jasné, systém otevírání dveří by byl praktičtější na kod - bez nabitého telefonu se tam nelze dostat.

Not so close to the camino we had anticipated, but manageable.

It was very difficult to get into the apartment. The door code was on the internet, which did not work properly. Also, the payment needed to be done in a different way than on the other Booking reservations. For this we would have needed clearer information, as we did not anticipate it. And it was tied to receiving the Doors code. Very complicated! The person we contacted was rude and his advise to get the lock to work most unclear and unsufficient. We three senior ladies consider us quite capable of operating in the digital environment, but this locking system was nearly too much. And a group of young ladies arriving shortly after us had similar problems.
