Charming garden, lovely living space. Very quiet despite being set in the middle of town.

"A beautiful little hideaway"

10.0

A peaceful charming location, generous living space, and beautifully presented. I would book again.

To make it more homely for couples, I would have put in a Murphy bed for the 3rd bed. Raise or change bamboo mirror above the bed so you don't bang your head sitting up.

"Lovely break away destination near the coast"

9.0

Beautiful wee place had everything that we needed for a break, might be a small thing but lovely to have a decent sized cup and a tea pot but fabulous to have a proper pint of milk in the fridge. Lots of thought has gone into making everything easy to start a stay. Beds were comfortable and good quality linen, lovely throws and pillows, bathroom spacious and everything we needed was there. Access and right on a mature garden with the most amazing rambling rose just outside, roof veluxs that gave fabulous light and easy to use blinds Host Mo was very friendly and accomodating, thank you for a super stay.

Remotes were difficult to use perhaps due to the clingflim? One thing and perhaps I didnt read it - there was steps down to the property, which made it a little more difficult to unpack the car although Mo offered to help - just minor. By no means their fault as its so unusual but the weather was such that we were too hot, lots of windows and door we could open but we should have taken a fan. Couldnt really expect them to have one there for the odd one day a year it might be needed. Fabulous for a normal scottish summer and undoubtably in winter a ideal cozy nook. But if it looks like a heatwave you might wish to condsider taking something with you or ask the quesion.
