"Prima studiootje (begane grond) met basic voorzieningen"

Mooie omgeving, prachtig uitzicht, veel vogels, mooie veranda

Klein, donker (1 raam), weinig privacy, rumoer rondom de studio, buitenruimte moet gedeeld worden met groepen en personeel van de sportfaciliteit. Geen comfortabele buitenstoelen aanwezig. Schimmel in badkamer (maar die zou nu verwijderd gaan worden).
