Lack of mirrors and bathroom shelves, shower also leaked a little into the room

We like the location, it's excellent, as it is on the main street of the city central, so there is no access for parking directly to the apartment. However, car parking which is offered is within walking distance from the apartment. We parked in Park Opera, and it cost us 10eur/day. As we carried lots of things as we are family, so we didn't mind to pay. The apartment near to shops, restaurants, and cafes. The apartment also has 2 bathrooms (2 bedrooms), a good option for a family of 4 people, especially with teenagers. It also has AC which is helpful during winter.

The host told us that staying less than 5 nights, cleaning and additional toilet papers, and additional coffee capsules and tea pouches are not included in the price, which is not mentioned in the apartment information details. So our apartment was not cleaned as we didn't bring any cleaning stuffs and in the apartment, there is no cleaning appliances available. This is not comfortable.

It was located in a pedestrian only area which made it very accessible. The elevator was small but very reliable. The apartment was a little smaller than what I had expected, but it was clean, furniture was solid and the mattresses were comfortable. Soundproofing was decent. The hosts were responsive and arranged an airport transfer.

The main entrance into the building was frequently left unlocked by guests although Braga felt safer than Lisbon and Porto. Only one set of keys was provided.

The apartment's design was very comfortable and stylish, and the location is unbeatable. The city is also very charming and enjoyable.

The hosts were very discourteous and inconsiderate. We requested a baby crib, but it was not provided on arrival. We tried contacting them multiple times by message and phone, but received no response. The next day, they finally read our messages and informed us that they hadn’t received the request for the crib. When we sent them a screenshot showing the crib request checkbox, they replied that it was “probably a system error.” They never apologized or offered any compensation. Instead, they asked if we still wanted the crib and, if so, that we would have to pay a fee. When we asked if they would charge us for the entire rental period, they confirmed that the full amount would still apply. They claimed that ignoring our messages was justified because it was, apparently, “not an emergency” that our 10-month-old baby had to sleep on a mattress on the floor. Then, on the second day, a curtain detached from its rail as soon as we opened it. Given the poor service with the crib, we didn’t bother contacting them, expecting little help. After checkout, they insisted that we should have informed them immediately so they could repair it sooner. Later, they informed us that some curtain parts were missing and that we would be responsible for a €75 replacement cost. This treatment is absolutely unacceptable. It’s a shame they don’t know how to treat customers better, all over a few euros for the crib rental and by unfairly trying to blame us for their broken curtain. For this reason, I feel obliged to share everything that happened here for the sake of future guests. Additionally, it’s only fair to inform that during every weekday of our stay, we endured loud construction noise from work happening in the two floors above, starting at 8 am. The day we arrived, a notice was posted indicating that this work will continue for six months. Anyone planning to stay during the week should be aware of this, as I have little hope that the hosts will inform future guests.

Large roomy apartment. Large windows to open to let in fresh air and sunshine. The two bathrooms were an added excellent benefit.

Probably the highest prices in this area and we had NO INTERNET and NO TELEVISION for around 4.5 days, PLUS a microwave that rarely worked even after unqualified management fiddled with it. In addition, I had to replace the light in the elevator just to see what buttons to push and for basic security. The neighboring buildings had ZERO issues as we had friends staying in them. We were offered ZERO compensation because once this management company gets your money, EXPECT NOTHING.

Location was excellent, right in the middle of Braga in a pedestrian precinct. The property had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. It is very close to all the shops and restaurants.

Apart from the internet failing on the second to last day, there was nothing about the apartment itself that was not good. A couple of strange things about the town's parking are : firstly, all the carparks do not accept any cards - so you have to pay with notes or coins - and secondly, also they close at 8.30pm at night, so you cannot stay out late or drive back from somewhere late and get into a regular car park.
