A localização, sem dúvida é muito boa, pessoal muito prestativo, prontos a ajudar

O apartamento estava com muito mofo, fedor de esgoto que vinha dos canos abaixo da pia, a água quente para o banho não é suficiente para 4 pessoas, logo esfria.. os estofados das cadeiras estavam bem encardidos...

A localização, bastante centralizada…óptima para deixar o carro parado e andar sempre a pé!

O facto de ter comprado um quarto e ter ficado noutro, e o facto de após ter avisado que a tv não estava a funcionar não terem arranjado uma solução!!
