Het complex wordt gerund als een hotel, met 24-uurs receptie en dagelijkse schoonmaakservice. Het isnetjes en schoon. Het personeel is vriendelijk en licht alles goed toe. Prima loopafstand van het historische centrum (ca. 20 min) en diverse winkels dichtbij. Tip: reserveer bij het boeken meteen een parkeerplek bij de accommodatie. Vrij parkeren op straat lukt bijna niet.

De gehorigheid. Het verkeer van buiten en de weerkaatsing van geluid binnen door de stenen vloeren.
