The location of the property and its accessibility to the city center were excellent. The free parking and the owner's warm and friendly attitude were wonderful; they were very attentive. Having a balcony was an added bonus.

The entrance and parking area from the main road can be challenging to find initially. A huge construction site, not visible in the photos of the house, blocks the view. The view was hardly enjoyable. We tried to see the sea from the edge of the building. It's not very similar to the photos. The room is quite small, and the kitchen area isn't big enough for cooking. We didn't cook, but it could be challenging for those who want to. Despite all this, everything was comfortable and good.

The host was nice, and the location and views were great. The room and balcony were also quite spacious.

Facilities were not properly attended to. The shower sink was leaking; the apartment was also too cold at night. and the cleaning could be much better (even the fridge had crumbs of chocolate in it).

The apartment is in a great location, offering stunning views of the city and sea. The owner is very kind and responsive. Many amenities are within walking distance, including shops, the old town, and the marinas. Everything you need for cooking, cleaning, and bathing is in place. It's a beautiful place for relaxing evenings watching TV or enjoying the views from the balcony.

The only minor issue was that after showering, water would leak from under the stall. It wasn't a huge deal as there was a mop and a floor drain nearby, but it was a bit inconvenient.
