"Poor sound proffing"

it wasn’t clean, the host can’t speak proper English, they didn’t respond to the phone written in booking site. the sound proofing is very poor. There is no elevator.

At the arrival we spent more than an hour to find out where the hotel is: no sign on the house and the address has no number (what does it mean bb??). The wood pavement in the room was damaged and it lift up. The water in the shower drained so we had to call the lady. We stayed 3 nights (of 6) because every night drunk people on the stairs shout out: the first night at 2am, the second at 2am and 5am, the last night all night long… wasn’t it a calm structure?
