Estudio en Dénia con piscina y wifi privada, a 100 m del mar

I loved having a fridge, cooking facilities+ a balcony. The pool looked nice for summer & it wasn't too far from the ocean. It is a lovely place for those with a car or bike , walk well. The owners are very helpful. A cosy little place to enjoy a holiday.

I didn't do as much as I would have liked as in winter there is hardly any buses & with damaged knees it was a struggle to get to the bus stop with the high uneven pavements. No seat at the stop to rest while waiting in view of the driver . I didn't like the lights on the balcony at night but that is because I don't like bright lights or shutting curtains. Others will probably like them.

We spent here 2 nights. The studio is very little and confortable, very clean and well equiped. It's very easy to park under the hose, even with motorbike it's safe. The self check in is easy, you have just to collect the key. The owner let us beers and fresh water. The beach is very near and you can see the sea from the balcony. It was a perfect solution for a couple or for single. In few minutes by feet you can reach bar and restaurant

Great little apartment ideal for a 1-2 night get away. Perfect location for quiet beach 3mins away & ideal 3 min walk to bus stop for easy access to beautiful Denia town

Excellent communication from the property. Very cute and clean. Had all the amenities and facilities you could need. Free parking. Excellent A/C. Walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. Very enjoyable experience.

Nice area - green surrounding, close to the beach

Staff was not very proactive, always needed to ask for information: for check-in as well as for check out. Door to the balcony were not lockable. The room isolation was bad. Shower has limited warm water and the smell when you enter the accommodation was not very pleasant.
