Very nice and clean apartment, comfortable and well equipped. Nice facilities and communal areas with swimming pool in walking distance to Denia marina and town.

"Large, stylish apartment in a lovely complex."

This is a spacious, very comfortable apartment. Lovely living areas, and with three adults and three children, did not not feel crowded. The bedrooms are large and the two bathrooms very stylish. There is a great pool and an indoor garage, which is great in the heat.

The name on booking.com is off putting. There is no obvious Apartamentos Las Rotas, it is in Marina Real. This does appear in the address and location on map is correct. I had to wait over an hour in high heat for the key. I have very little Spanish and the lady spoke no English. The bed linen was crumpled, which made it look slept in and the towels did not smell clean. Also the wifi is not strong enough to stream with. These would not prevent me returning.
