I have stayed here since I'm currently attending the UoD, which is about 20 to 25 min walk from the garden studio. Everything was clean, well organised, and welcoming. The breakfast items were a welcome addition since I did not prepare ahead, as well as I should have. It is very quiet and suitable for my needs, good Wi-Fi connection (which to me was essential), and I could actually study without interruption. There's a microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, and fridge freezer, which was perfect for my mini stay, as well as off-road parking, which, to me, was also a selling point. I will be staying here again soon.😊

Well located in the garden. Well presented Well stocked with items for breakfast and hot drinks

Had to climb onto the bed as placed in an alcove. Settee very low especially for older people. Bar stools in kitchen area too big and foot rest is in the wrong place.
