Cisza spokój , bardzo niedaleko do Nitry, można dojechać komunikacją lub autem (samochodem w 5 minut) Przestronne wnętrza , dobrze wyposażone, pralka, zmywarka. Bardzo wygodne łózko w sypialni , w salonie odrobinę mniej (rozkładany narożnik) ale wynagradza to fotel w którym można odpocząć , pooglądać telewizję (większość kanałów zakodowanych) i poczytać książkę wieczorem ( mały minus za brak lamki do czytania) jest tylko mała nocna.
