La ubicación, las vistas y el entorno... Está muy bien... un 8 sobre 10 sin duda.

El ruido del AACC del vecino. Cuando lo conectaba este hacía un rujido bastante insoportable en el apartamento. Espero que lo solucionen pronto, aunque en realizdad no es un problema del propio apartamento.
