La ubicación y las vistas que teníamos desde el balcón y el acceso al parking

Zona tranquila y con buena ubicación. A 5 minutos de la playa. Comodidad al tener parking. Anfitriona siempre disponible y atenta.

Toallas super ásperas.

El apartamento está muy bien a nivel comodidad, nuevo, las camas y sofá cama muy cómodas, el tener dos baños y aire acondicionado por conductos está fenomenal y sobre todo la gran terraza que tiene con vistas a la laguna viendo los flamencos. Luego también destacar La ubicación, la cercanía a la playa, paseo martitinl, restauración.

El juego de toallas creo que debería de cambiar ya que estaba bastante usadas al igual que el juego de sábanas. Muy pocos enchufes en la cocina que te vuelves loco tienes que quitar el del microondas para poner el tostador o la cafetera.

It was a very relaxing holiday. Opposite the apartment, you'll see this beautiful lake. It is only 7 mins walk to the beach. The whole stay was very pleasant. 25 mins walk to Calpe Centro. You are never short of places to eat. Amazing variety of food. Supermarkets are all nearby - Mercadona, Lidl, Aldi and Spar. Parking is also excellent. You can park on road side with no charge unlike in UK. That itself takes away the stress. Other areas... do check parking zones. Blue for short stay and green for residential. ( this we found in Benidorm). Handy to know. The apartment itself was lovely. It was a one bedroom apartment. My husband and I had the bedroom and my son had the bed sofa which was easy to assemble. The host Michelle was absolutely a lovely person. So pleasant and helpful on the phone. There were a few times my son and I cooked and prepared meals but did find the knife pretty blunt. I would mention this to Michelle and Michelle straight away got us a proper chopping board and a pair of kitchen knives. The service is excellent. My husband enjoyed his proper coffee with the coffee facility provided. The shower was great. In the balcony, you'll see the spectacular mountain. Beautiful view. There was also the swimming pool for you to swim and relax with a book to read. Private parking is available. That is very essential for us. The only downside is the door to the apartment. They have to get it fixed. It was so hard to open. There were couple of times I had to call Michelle to help us open the door. Michelle's husband would be the one to help us with the door. Maybe there is a technique in opening the door but my husband and I have not mastered it. Anyway.... that did not spoil our overall feelings of an excellent holiday. It was good. Thank you Michelle and hubby.

Apartments are located in the main Calpe avenue, 2 minutes from the beach, lot´s of supermarkets around, very clean streets, and super quiet at night, at least in March when i travelled. The apartment was very clean, with towels, shower supplies, a really amazing view. hostess was amazing and very helpful. Really enjoyed the stay. Future guests, you won´t be sorry.

Good communication with friendly host, property as described and photos accurate, location close to shops and restaurants, kitchen well-equipped, easy access via key-safe, on-site secure parking.

A little short on crockery, an extra key would have been useful

Loved the place. The terrace is ideal for work or relaxation (all day sun with a bit of shade). The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for normal life. The location is excellent, free parking space, close to everything

The bed was too soft so you wake up with a sore back
