Location, excellent AC, microwave, pool option, quick service staff, all 3 rooms were on one floor so convenient.

Showers take time to heat up, kitchen and utensils were not clean, microwave is v high/difficult to reach, pool had some dead insects. Cockroaches and a frog was found inside the house.
