O Apartamento é confortável, a vista para o mar é linda com muito verde, o Condomínio é muito silencioso, para quem quer paz, tranquilidade o lugar é magnífico, muito aconchegante. A praia do amor fica muito próxima e temos mais opções de praias como Tambaba, pitimbul, coqueirinho, praia Bela que se divide com um rio que podemos tomar banho e curtir a natureza, apesar do condomínio ser um pouco reservado, tem comércio proximo como farmácias , padariia e supermercados.
