The location is great. Two separate bedrooms and good sized living area. Spa bath!

"Neat unit at Cowes"

The property was clean and close to the beach.

The host (David) had written an extremely lengthy "how to" access the property and maintain it. There probably doesn't need to be so much information and I have never had to give an electronic signature saying I wasn't going to wreck the place. There were also too many annoying messages around the unit - if you are willing to let out your property you have to trust people at one stage.
