Modern stylish flat over garage with free parking

The initial appearance, location, size and facilities provided were exactly as described. The bathrooms were well appointed and clean and the beds were good quality and comfortable. We felt secure and it was a great base for us to use to explore the local area.

The living area was nice ,had fee WiFi & had on suit shower room & bathroom with a toilet sink & bath so if 2 needed the toilet then you didn't have to wait ,I did ask for some mik which they kindly bought us as we were going to be there late

The freezer wouldn't shut so alot of ice plus it was dripping abit ,bed settee was very uncomfortable blinds in living dining area we're missing parts & no curtains ,draining board with stand was dirty ,not enough cutlery 2 knifes but about 5 fork's no cereal spoons only teaspoons 1 saucepan but loads of frying pans cuboards dirty ,oven didn't work plus no instructions onhow to work it & dial had no marking only temperature had to throw my daughters pizza away so had to find something else for her to eat ,the second day of using the microwave kept cutting out

Bathroom is one and half only it should be complete two bathrooms

Nothing aside from the area seemed safe

Most things, dirty and distinct lack of facilities. 1 bowl, a dirty sponge etc etc. How this place has 4/5 star reviews must mean they are fake. Didn't want to say when I got here because you never know if you'll get thrown out or the consequences but I want a refund for the stay. The place is falsely advertised. It was dirty and needs updating. The pictures on booking. com do not reflect the truth. I had to buy antibacterial spray and clean the surfaces. We didn't eat there because of this. I feel there are fleas in the property as I have been itching all weekend. I have taken photos of the kitchen etc and I expect a refund or they will be used to claim back compensation and for reviews. Absolute disgrace
