Fully equipped apartment, good location close to the city center yet very quiet at night. Owner was kind enough to help me with my laundry.

Cold in winter (enough blankets provided though)

Simple but has everything you need.

Location is a little bit of uphill. Water pressure is week in the evening.

The apartment had a great view of the city. had a heater that keeped the bedroom nice and warm, conformable bed

The shower was hard to work to get the right temperature

Good location close to the city centre and nice and quiet. Rooms were of a good size, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen facilities were excellent. The shower was also good. Jose was very helpful and gave us good advise. It was a huge bonus to have the washing machine.

José was a lovely host and incredibly helpful! Apartment has everything you need & is in walking distance from the city center, restaurants, shops and train station. Lots of space. And 2 bathrooms come in handy.

Not the newest apartment. But well worth the price.

I booked the rooftop apartment with a large route for two weeks. 1. I should check in at 6:00 a.m. This covers a lot of deficiencies, at least for me. Lots of positive stars for that. 2. Jose is very friendly and helpful. He takes care of everything and is always helpful. 3. value for money for this apartment ist acceptable “for photographers” because of the large terrace and unique view

I booked the rooftop apartment with a large route for two weeks. 1. Shower: o Hot water boiler in the shower is best suited for a small kitchen because of its low power, but not for a shower. o Water pressure is not usable except in the morning. If anyone wants to take a shower in the evening, they have to talk to Jose first! (also cold shower not possible because there is no water) o So you have the following combinations: in the early morning you have a little more water for showering, but only lukewarm. At other times you don't have any water to shower with, but the few drops are hot! 2. Hot water only in the shower (not at the sink, not in the kitchen) 3. An extremely cold apartment, without heating or anything similar 4. Everything very simple, extremely minimalist approach and far from any generosity or comfort 5. All water drains stink 6. The whole apartment should be cleaned properly 7. Noisy early in the morning because of lots of dogs, roosters... 8. Bright in the early morning because the curtains are thin and the sun shines directly in (the only way to warm up the apartment a bit). 9. Ants in the kitchen 10. TV available, but you can forget the few TV programs, all of which are in Spanish. 11. The owner didn't want to know anything about "taxi from the airport". Although this service was offered free of charge by "booking.com" and booked by me.
