El piso está muy bien. Tiene de todo. Bien conservado y limpio. Aire acondicionado en salón y ventilador en dormitorio. Orientación noroeste y sureste. Muy fresquito si abres las ventanas. La terraza muy bien. La piscina del complejo limpia y con poca gente. Zonas verdes. Playa a 5 minutos andando. Restaurantes y casas de comida para llevar cerca. El Consum a menos de 2 minutos. Muy buena experiencia para repetir. A 1 hora de Valencia.
