Fantastic apartment, nice quiet area... Everything you could wish for in the room... Ice cold A/C

Quite a distance out of the main town but there were regular buses at the end of the road

Beau bâtiment moderne, belles piscines. Proche de la mer et un supermarché au coin de la rue. L’emplacement de parking est inclus. Appartement bien équipé et confortable avec air conditionné, à 10 min en voiture du centre de Dénia.

Placards forts petits dans les chambres, avec peu de rangements possibles. À notre arrivée, l’appartement n’était pas tout à fait propre (beaucoup de poussière). J’ai commencé par aspirer ! Au niveau équipement, je trouve dommage que seules 2 chaises pliables (dont une cassée) soient seulement mises à disposition pour se poser à la piscine (qui ne possède pas de transats). Nous étions 6 et mettions notre serviette à même le sol (bétonné). Des chaises pliables toutes simples (en vente au supermarché) seraient vraiment appréciables.

Very good apartment for long range vacation, fully equipped with everything you need. Everything is new including modern design of the flat. Owners of the property are friendly and helpful. If you like quiet and cozy places definitely this property for you. Beach is close by, 2-3 min walking distance.

"Outstanding holiday spot"

The apartment is just perfect for both short vacations and longer stays. It is very well located -- 2 mins from a big supermarket and 5 mins from a perfect sandy beach. There is a swimming pool and a parking lot in an underground garage on the premises. The flat is full equipped and has everything necessary for everyday life. We loved every single minute we spent here!
