Royal Derby Hospital 3 bed Town House

Size, cleanliness, facilities were all first class. I and my family and friends of family were in town for a funeral and the town house was in a perfect location to reach the different elements of the funeral, funeral directors, church and reception. It was also near the Mackworth estate where relatives lived. We were also delighted with the cleanliness and size of the property. The help we received from the owners was also invaluable.

Only one small detail. The beds were a little smaller than anticipated.

The property was nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The settee was very comfortable. Parking space at front of property right outside kitchen/diner window.

Property was very overlooked it was like living in a fish bowl we kept the curtains & blinds closed. Building work still going on around the estate so roads have nor been properly finished, loads of potholes & ruts in the road. Revolving chair in the lounge, would prefer a proper armchair. Would have been nice to have another small table in the lounge to place your cup on when having a drink when sitting in the lounge, there is only one between the revolving chair & settee. Kitchen could do with a casserole dish or even better a slow cooker. Had to purchase a potato peeler as property didn't have one. Ideally property should have an inventory list, so the owner/management know if things get broken or need replacing & incoming guests would know exactly what should be in the property. No drop kerb in front of property not good for car tyres.

The location was good, kids liked it, was clean, very cosy. I would definitely use it again.
