Chalés da Poliana

Lugar tranquilo, quarto arrumado e muito limpo. Perfeito para quem busca silêncio e paz. Cordialidade e idoneidade de Poliana.

Não a conhecemos pessoalmente. 😊

Ponto positivo: local limpo, itens novos, ar condicionado, chuveiro elétrico, local para estacionar.

Não fomos recepcionados pessoalmente. Assim q entramos sentimos odor por toda casa de urina de gato. Ficamos no térreo e tinha muito barulho do andar de cima, além de pessoas conversando alto em horários (manhã antes das 7h e noite após 22:00h). E fora dos chalés não tem atrativos perto, pouco Comercio. Se quiser curtir algo, só a 1h de distância (Praia do forte, Imbassaí).

As praias próximas são excelentes. Pertinho da praia do forte e imbassay. Praia de Santo Antônio Ótima.

O chalé é completo e a assistência pra qualquer necessidade é imediata. Gostamos muito e já repetimos a estadia

Gostamos das instalações, chuveiro funcionando perfeitamente, utensílios de cozinha novos e atendem as necessidades, ar condicionado funcionando bem. Organização do ambiente muito boa. Tv boa .

Fiquei sem acesso a internet. Wi-fi não funcionou, apesar de ter sido passado a senha e login pela anfitriã. Recomendo que mude as fotos dos ambientes já q houve mudança dos eletrodomésticos. Nas fotos q vi tinha fogão tradicional e por conta disso levei alimentos q iam ao forno, porém já foram trocados e hoje só dispõe de fogão por indução.

The hosts are very kind and tried to accomodate my requests. I could enter a few hours before checkin, there was good communication, It is good value for money, especially in Diogo where you won't find many other options for that price, the kitchen was equipped well for 1-2 persons, everything was clean and the airconditing worked well. Internet was also working well (because some people complained in the reviews), you have 2 little supermarkets close-by

It was quite noisy. Construction site next door, family lives on top and you hear them walking and moving things around. They get up early and as I'm a light sleeper I woke up with them opening the garage, packing etc. but thia might not apply to you..You don't have much privacy if you have the windows / door open or want to stay in the hammock (owners and their friends are moving in front of the apartment (one guy even waved when he stared into the room and I was only sparely dressed), there is quite a strong smell of mold when you enter the place which is why I wasn't feeling happy there (health concerns), there is no mosquito net which meant I had to keep windows closed and breathe the moldy air, there were many mosquitoes and when I asked for a net they bought some spray, which worked, so all in all it was ok, but for the reasons stated I would not stay again

Do charme, praticidade e limpeza do local. Simples e agradável.
