The apartment is big and spacious, has a great location, has private indoor parking, and overall great value for money.

Some of the furniture and electric appliances need to be replaced.

The apartment is very spacious and was super clean, double bed for us and 3 beds for the kids, enough space for our luggage and bags. The kitchen is wide and has all family needs to cook and eat, the fridge is huge. There is also a laundry machine and dryer in case you need (we didn't). The sheets were clean and tidy, beds were pretty comfy. Enough towels for both bath and pool. Working TVs in living room and parents room. Apartment also has a private underground parking space, very close to the elevator. Within walking distance we had a bakery and grocery store, open 24/7, to fix all our needs.

The kids room TV didn't work, but that was not too bad for us. We didn't find a fixture to hang our wet cloth on the balcony but we managed with chairs.

Very nice spacious apartment. Excellent location. Staff was very helpful. Beautiful pool.

Some minor repairs would go a long way. Again, all minor.

Comfortable apartment, kitchen was clean and had everything we needed to make all our meals. Location is about 15 minutes from central area. The host was great and answered all our questions.

Host and concierge were very friendly. The apartment is fully equipped with appliances and even has a washing machine. The beds are pretty comfortable. And the personal thank you for the toys for beach!

The apartment is neglected, there are plenty of stuff that need fixing (to name a few of them: dirty curtain, walk-in closet door nob is falling off, garbage bin opening pedal doesn't work). The bathroom lacks small things for comfort: hooks for the towels, shelf in the shower. There is a bucket with a wet cloth ians some stuff in the walk-in closet. The apartment isn't cozy with its blue lights from the ceiling and a lot of metal in the design (though it's pretty personal preferences). In general each these are very minor stuff, but together they create not welcoming and not comfortable atmosphere.
