Good price compared to other accommodations in this city.

The beach is actually at least a 25-minute walk away, not 7 as the name of the accommodation promises. The biggest part of the accommodation is rather unusual, as it is not possible to stand in most of the space. Because of this, we slept on the couch, which was supposed to be in the living room instead on the beds. The accommodation is very hot because it is actually a converted space in the top of the attic. There is no stove in the kitchen. The kitchen only has a portable oven and a very loud refrigerator.
