מיקום מצוין במחיר יחסית טוב, המקום מגיע מאובזר עם טלוויזיה וכלי בישול.

יש סתימה קטנה בכיור בשירותים. והמקלחת בלי דלת זכוכית אז המים קצת יוצאים לאזור השירותים
