Endroit calme

Je suis très déçu de mon séjour. L’appartement n’était pas propre à notre arrivée. De plus, j’avais réservé un logement pour 5 personnes, mais on m’a attribué un appartement prévu pour seulement 4 personnes. Le lendemain, nous avons dû changer d’appartement pour obtenir un logement adapté au nombre de personnes réservées. Cette situation a été très désagréable et a perturbé notre séjour. Je m’attendais à un meilleur niveau de service et d’organisation.
