Ubicación excelente, al lado de la playa, buenas vistas, parking privado y aparcamientos al lado y el propietario muy majo y atento. Todo perfecto para pasar unos días en la playa. Recomendaría el apartamento!

Por poner alguna pega: en la habitación pasamos un poco de calor. No pudimos poner el ventilador de techo porque tenía polvo y en el baño, algunas veces, olía a tuberías.

Situación a 4 min andando de la playa. Vistas espectaculares. Piscina para refrescarte. Cama cómoda y buen funcionamiento de aire acondicionado y ventilador en la hab.

La única pega que pongo es que no hay persiana en la habitación. La cortina no es opaca del todo y con un bebé de 8 meses las siestas se nos complicaron un poco

Beautiful view from the window, Calpe is a beautiful place to which we will definitely return, the owner Alex was very helpful and responded to text messages quickly. The bed was very comfortable, everything you needed was in the kitchen. I also recommend it.

"Very good stay in a very well kept property."

The wifi was very quick. It was very comfortable and clean. The bed was comfy. There was good wardrobe space. The bathroom was very modern. The living room was comfy. It's in a good location for the beach.

The balcony is glassed in and by the end of May/start June it was very warm in there during the afternoon with as many windows open as possible. But it would be good on winter afternoons and we were out at the beach and promenade anyway. We were able to use the balcony happily after sunset.
