Superior Calpe Pearl Beach

Todo, la localización inmejorable, las instalaciones, la piscina… todo fue perfecto. Y Klaudia nos trató maravillosamente y estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros.

The apartment was really excellent and everything was top notch. Nothing we could complain about it. We felt great and it was very comfortable for over a week. The only downside was that in the master bedroom there are two single beds, which we put together, but that was not really a nice big bed. Other than that, there was really nothing to complain about and even this is just a minor topic.

Spacious apartment, ideal for a group of cyclists (up to 6 persons) lots of space to leave gear and bikes. Great underground garage with lift access to the flat. Kitchen quite complete, huge balcony and 2 bathrooms.

nothing much, the price stays on the more expensive side of course especially considering some of the bathroom equipment but the location and size make it up for it.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The huge balcony was my favourite part, with plenty of comfortable seats and a fantastic view. The location was amazing, just a short walk to the beach and Marina and at the foot of the Calpe Rock, it was stunning. It was very near to plenty of shops and restaurants. The whole apartment block was very well presented and modern.

The third bedroom was a small balcony which was enclosed and transformed into a bedroom and although it was tastefully adapted and comfortable you had to access it through another bedroom so it was not very private. The lounge could have benefitted from a second sofa. The pool was dirty and not well maintained but we did stay in October so not sure if its classed as out of season.

Staff were extremly helpful and friendly espeically Claudia who made the check in and check out process so easy, they even sorted us somewhere to store our luggage on check out day which was a huge help as we had a late flight. Apartment decor was stunning. Will definitely return. Thanks Kamil.

Nothing everything was perfect

Clean, bright, modern apartment beautifully decorated in close proximity to beach and marina. Host, Kamil was very responsive. When I advised him that the sunloungers were broken, 4 new ones were sent within an hour. Bathroom lock was also broken which wasn't repaired but I am sure it was only an oversight.

Proximity of other apartment blocks with many balconies overlooking our balcony and some could also see into bedrooms. Building works were being carried out on the border wall on the adjacent property's side which was right next to pool which our apartment overlooked. The Kango hammer was going from 8am to 5pm for the first 4 days which is not what you want on holiday. When I messaged Kamil he immediately offered a small discount which was a nice gesture but didn't make up for the noise we had to endure. I do feel that people should be made aware prior to holiday if building works are happening near by and should be given the opportunity to cancel booking and find somewhere else. I would never knowingly book a property next to building work as it hughly impacted on holiday relaxation and use of pool. At least if people are aware they can make an informed decision on booking. I also think it would be useful for people to know that there are hundreds of seagulls in the area that make an awful racket in the early hours of the morning.

The flat is very spacious and modernly furnished. It has all the necessary appliances to make your stay very comfortable. A great asset of the flat is the large terrace from which there is a very nice view on the sea. The surrounding area is very quiet. On the other hand it is very close to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommended!
