Sehr schönes Apartment! Sehr gute Austattung und auch sehr schöne Lage., zwar keindirekter Meerblick, aber ringsherum Blick in die bergige Landschaft, keine zu dichte Bebauuung, sehr grün Sehr freundlicher Vermieter.

Leider ist ein stark frequentierten Kinderspielplatz direkt gegenüber unterhalb des Balkons (Lärm) Damit kann man leben, aber der große Balkon mit sehr schönem Blick,war kaum nutzbar, da die Abluft des unten liegenden Restaurants direkt dort austrat. Das war weniger ein Problem des Geruchs als des Lärms! Ungefähr wie direkt neben einem Trockner. Täglich von 8:30 Uhr bis 23 Uhr. Wenn man also Ruhe sucht und lärmempfindlich ist, ist man hier verkehrt. Es sei denn das Restaurant ist geschlossen.Leider habe ich kein Foto des Gebläsesauslasses. Nach meiner Beschwerde hat man mir umgehend ein anderes Apartment im Haus angeboten. Ich habe mich aber dagegen entschieden, da es direkt nebenan lag. Ich glaube nicht, daß das das Problem gelöst hätte. Also außerhalb der Saison ist es perfekt.

Loved the space and loved having our own balcony and place to cook. The owner was very responsive. However, it should be noted immediately after booking, or on the website, that this is self check in. We had a 8 hour flight from New York, 30 min bus ride, hour long ferry; and then got to Capri with no service. We did not know this was self check in and had a very hard time finding the place. There needs to be more instructions ahead of time especially for people coming international who might not have wifi. The owner did answer right away so we appreciated that, but would’ve been nice to be prepared. Also, the hotel is VERY uphill. It is okay. We still loved the location, but if you are not fit it would be a lot to handle. This should be noted as well. It says 10 mins from town but o would say it’s more 15-20 especially with bags. And it’s very steep! Regardless, I would still love to stay here again, just a few things I wanted to share that would be helpful to guests. It was great for the value and we loved being in Capri, especially to have space for our own kitchen and balcony for this price was hard to come by! Would recommend!!
