Casa di Luca - Villa del Sole

The location itself is good and the apartment was clean and it was more of a modern one

Next to the apartment was a restaurant, so it was noisy every evening. It also has no table or chair inside. You have to take the balcony furniture.

We liked the location, the quietness.

We thought there would be a kitchen, but there was none. The TV was not working( because of a storm were we told).

it was private and cute for the area

the front door was a pain to open. the property manager gave us the wrong instructions on how to unlock it, telling us to turn it the wrong way. they eventually sent someone out to open it for us and show us the trick. also the property next door was extremely inconsiderate screaming, vacuuming and banging at 5.30 in the morning. also the shower leaked and water went into the bedroom running in the tile grout

Great location with a very communicative host.

Maria the host was just amazing, helping us with any sort of matters on arrival. The only spot where I would stay again in Capri, thank you!
