Very large flat, ideal for long stays. You'll definitely feel like home here. It's got pretty much everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very clean and well maintained, located less than 5 minutes walk from Cuneo train station, this place is the perfect accommodation only 30 minutes from the ski slopes.

It was well maintained, very clean and safe. We could access the building and get the apartment keys independently. It was suitable for us with a small child. There was even a high chair! Excellent!

We would have liked to have a more complete set of cookware, but we made do. I suggest putting up some more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels.

Location is perfect, close to the train station and the city center.

The host did not answer to all three of my messages I sent before arrival, (I tried the app, what's app and sms). The check in was supposed to be automated but we had to wait in front of the building for the host to answer the phone (again messages and calling) and then to unlock the front door. The apartment was booked for three people but there were only two pieces of towel and two robes, so one of us had to dry of with a robe. There was only one, mostly used up toilet roll, the wifi was not working, the couch for the third person was so bad we had to pull the thin springy mattress to the floor to be able to sleep on it (basically on the tiled floor and some springs). The bed for the other two people was better. The host promised the cleaner would come the next day and bring more towels but it never happened. He also promised to come by with a proffesional to fix the wifi but also never came or contacted us. There was no appology or any reaction during or after our stay. Avoid if possible.

The location was good, and the house is decent in size. It has most things you need for your stay but not everything.

No1. I stayed 3 days at the house with no INTERNET which I needed for work even though I paid for it. The owner never told me before and only when I sat down to work and I asked him about it. He said internet doesn’t work in a way that I should be OK with it. Very weird. He said he is going to get it fixed or provide me some sort of hotspot. None of this happened. He didn’t call or text to ask if I’m alright or even say sorry that he couldn’t deliver his promise. No2. The house was old and the name “luxury”doesn’t suit the property at all. The bed wasn’t very comfy and the wooden floor on the bedroom: my God it felt like sinking everytime you walk on it and very noisy as well. My baby kept waking up every time I went to check up on him. No baby cot im the house even though I mentioned in the booking. No3. It was hot outside but inside the house was so cold because the house is big with high ceiling. NO AC and heaters were of. Asked the owner he said something about council doesn’t turn on the heaters until November. The minimum that the owner could do is to provide a pair of slippers because the floor was like walking bare foot on ice.
