"Brilliant accommodation"

The location was brilliant, about two minutes from the harbour. The sea view from our living room was excellent. It had everything you would need to cater for yourself, very clean. The woman who greeted us was very helpful.

"The view and location were special. Accomodation needs some maintenance."

The view was absolutely special from the large living area. The shower was great.

Garden use was restricted to certain areas. Privacy wasn’t great: neighbours in the next apartment could see into our kitchen and a bedroom; their dogs barked whenever we used the kitchen unless we closed the blinds. The property was ‘tired’ / shabby and would benefit from some maintenance. Doors don’t shut, rusty sharp edged clothes airer. Some cups and cutlery needed washing before use. Stains on table cloth/rugs. No ‘fireplace’ as promoted. There was an electric wall unit with a broken switch (fireplace?) The washing machine was in a shared space. No tea bags provided and we were handed 4 when we requested some for a 3 night stay.

We loved everything about this beautiful apartment! The sea view from the lounge (and the main bedroom) is stunning and has a Wow! factor 🤩 🌊🌞 Beautiful location, thoughtful interior decor, modern kitchen/bathroom, plenty of space for the family of 5 (3 teenagers). So handy for the harbour, the famous Crail tea room, the arts and crafts shops and the Co-op for a last minute dinner. The garden is so well maintained and the summer house has everything you need for a picnic or kids sports games. Safe spacious parking space. Our hostess Trish couldn’t have been more helpful. The apartment was spotless clean and was a true home from home experience!

The main bedroom can get a bit fresh temperature wise (it was a cold windy night) but the heating system was super efficient and the amazing view made absolutely up for it.
