Apartments in Phillip Island Towers - Block C

The location was so close to cafes, shops, and eateries. It's basically in the centre of town. The apartment is very spacious and modern, great outdoor deck area

Upon arrival into our 3 bedroom apartment #8, we discovered the heater wasn't working, and we were in the middle of winter. A couple of phone calls to Peter and the issue couldn't be resolved. Luckily, he was able to transfer our group into a 2 bedroom and a 1 bedroom apartment. I'm not sure what would have happened if they were fully booked.

An adventure for the brave! Where to start… the second bathroom had no toilet, both bathroom doors were frosted glass, somewhat see through and didn’t lock (with gaps on the doors that you can see through), the toilet almost flooded every time somebody used it, the shower flooded with somebody else’s pubic hairs ; the glass door to the deck was smashed… and when we left the garage door wouldn’t open! And there was a weird empty space in the middle of the room. Beds were comfy. No lift - two flights of stairs.

Poor communication from owner despite emergency alarms going off for hours during our stay. No lift, which was not advertised.

Could use some Netflix who even watches normal tv anymore.

There is no lift and we were given an apartment on 3rd floor even after advising that we are travelling with a kid. Consideration should have been made to provide first floor apartment as we could see all the apartments were vacant when we visited.

The apartment was good but it was raining during our stay and we could see that the rain water was flowing inside the room through the window. And upon inspection, we could see that it would be very frequent and we were surprised that nothing was done about it. The whole wall with window was soaking in water due to the leakage. We also requested a child cot which was accepted but not provided when we visited.

We couldn't sleep as the roof in the bedroom had a very bad leak

Great location. Quick walk to Main Street.

Outside areas need cleaned up and looked after.

Location. It has the potential to be an amazing holiday apartment

The whole complex looks a bit neglected. Building materials stacked randomly around. Lack of security. Garage left open. Anyone can come in and doors left unlocked. Also, kitchen was very low on crockery/cutlery. Mostly only 2 of everything, 3 plates etc. No serving platters or chip bowls or anything like that. Beautiful big kitchen with nothing in it
