Não tem café da manhã, conforme combinado. Gostei da limpeza, do conforto, da localização. O preço é compatível.

Não tem estacionamento. O termo "cobertura" creio que não seja tão exato. Na verdade fica no terceiro andar. Minha companheira tem dificuldade de subir escadas. Poderia ter uma cobertura da porta até a kitinete. Caso estivesse chovendo, estaríamos em apuros.
