Arena Penthouse

We went for the skiing, so this is really like 50 meters from the main lifts in Flims. Location 9,5/10. Penthouse has it's own elevator floor and you get there right from the garage. Tip: Park far back in the underground garage, that's where the elevator is. Also, you can walk just in your socks from the Penthouse into the lift, go to the -1 floor where the skiroom is, put on your ski boots, take your skis and off you go.

To be honest the building seems like it would be ripe for a bit of renovation. All is clean enough, but you just feel that it is like 15 years in use. Penthouse has this sort of "old school" vibe. Lamps from the 90' would be OK, but you are actually not able to light the rooms that much. Kitchen is rather small for apartment for possibly 8 people. That reminds me that there are two bathrooms and one of them is accessible only from one of the bedrooms, so it sort of just for that bedroom.

De lokatie was midden in het dorp Flims met een prachtig uitzicht over het dorp. Het was een zeer ruim appartement waarbij we echt hebben genoten van de luxe en de ruimte. De lift kwam direct uit in het penthouse en dat maak je ook niet iedere dag mee. De mensen van het hotel waren erg aardig.

Het appartement was heel ruim met een prachtig uitzicht. De badkamers waren wat verouderd (douchepanel was stuk en niet gerepareerd, knop van de wc miste). Dus qua prijs-kwaliteit was de lokatie wellicht voor Nederlandse begrippen wat aan de duurdere kant.

Place was absolutely totally amazing. Top host. Very helpful. Very near cablecars. Just amazing.
