The interior decoration but the sofa bed was not comfortable as a sofa. The chairs provided were hard to sit on . Only recommend for short stay. The sheets were clean and crisp and the apartment was clean . There are restaurants and shops a few minutes from the apartment. Excellent air conditioning.

There was no tea towel to dry dishes or dish rack to drain them. There was no iron , which was mentioned in description. No real storage for food , the kitchen is only suitable for snacks.The wardrobe/ shelves in second bedroom needs attention.

The property in the ZTL zone, very close to parking and aquarium of Genoa. We were not aware of ZTL’s as it was first time car travel. Host was exceptionally good to proactively communicate about it and also provide info on parking options. He kept communication active, heard us and actively addressed our needs on timely manner. He also applied discount to parking which helped us greatly. Very close to metro, it unlocks lot of potential. AC controlled ( one per space ) with multiple tv, helped us really relax in crazy hot Genoa weather. We did carry 2 towels by mistake and we offered to ship them but host was kind enough to let us keep it to avoid overhead. REALLY, The host is top notch.

The apartment is on 4th floor without lift. A big thing to be aware of. The apartment doesn’t have a dish washer, while it has washing machine for clothes. We felt that the apartment was well made to look and feel good but a lot of details were missed. Example, general cleaning stuff and tissues were missing/not adequate ( which were later provided on request ). In the bathroom, there is no place to keep our brushes, there was no mat on the floor, there was no place to keep the shampoo and soap provided while taking bath. In the kitchen, utensils were provided but not the ones that can be used in reality ( there was only one spatula, which was rectified upon request ). The hall in the house has no dark curtains and in the night the neighbours can see in. I feel the house is good to look at but to live in comfortable, needs some attention to details.

The apartment is very beautifully decorated, clean, equipped with all the necessary features, and very close to the city centre and great restaurants. The host is very communicative and made sure that we are comfortable and pleased with everything.

Just an FYI - the apartment is on the fourth floor - stairs! (No lift).
