- used kitchen sponge, it would have been nice to replace it after every guest

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte (peccato) Enrico, persona molto cordiale, simpatica e accogliente. L'appartamento pulito e ordinato, dispone di tutti i confort necessari. Nelle vicinanze si può trovare tutto ciò che necessita, supermercato, forno, tabacchi, bar, ristoranti e quant'altro... A soli 300 mt. si può raggiungere la meravigliosa spiaggia di boccadasse, luogo incantevole. Che dire ci torneremo con immenso piacere!!!! grazieeee Enrico... ❤️ Evviva la musica 🎵 e Cooper 🐕. Where do I even begin describing this beautiful place? From the very first moment, apartment made me fall in love with the slow Genovese way of life — peaceful mornings, charming streets, and that special feeling of truly living like a local. Everything about this stay felt warm, authentic, and incredibly relaxing. The host, Enrico, is simply someone you could only wish for when traveling — kind, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. He made the entire experience even more special. The apartment itself was absolutely spotless. Every detail was perfectly clean and thoughtfully prepared. I didn’t upload any photos because everything you already see on Booking is completely accurate and trustworthy — in reality, it feels even better. There is also parking available, which is a huge advantage in Genoa, and a lovely little terrace in front where you can enjoy your coffee or simply soak in the atmosphere. It’s truly not an exaggeration when I say that you are lucky if you manage to find this place available for booking. A rare gem that makes you feel at home from the very first second.

L'appartamento ha tutto quello che serve, pulito e confortevole. L'ospite Enrico molto disponibile, anche per il check in in tardo pomeriggio. Si può parcheggiare all'interno o davanti al cancello. Cosa apprezzabile vista la carenza di parcheggi.

Unica nota è la vasca da bagno dove fare la doccia. È alta e se si hanno difficoltà di movimento bisogna stare attenti.
