Clean, good facilities.

71 stairs with no lift, the tv was very small and only had free to air, the view was not a courtyard but more of a dirty shared area between buildings.

Nothing really-a few flights up and no lift but that is me moaning-everything was brilliant

Very kind and helpful host. The flat was very clean with all the basics needed. Central and walking distance to everything but quite.

Fantastic location right near the Porto Antico. On arrival, we were met by Michele who gave us the keys and showed us the apartment. The apartment was really clean and had everything we needed, including coffee. The apartment was air conditioned which was good, because it was really humid when we were there! Guests can either cook for themselves (there are supermarkets nearby) or eat in any of the many restaurants in the area. Michele provided us with a list of great places to try.

Michele is an excellent host. He was very helpful, friendly and provided some great recommendations for restaurants and cafes! The apartment itself is perfect for a couple - clean, modern finishes and plenty of storage. The aircon worked a treat in the warm weather too

The only negative, and this is no fault of the host, but the location isn't in the best part of town.

The location was fantastic, very close to the old port. And the host was very kind and easily approachable.

I highly recommand A un passo dal Blu. Michele was a very welcoming host eager to share his tips on Genoa. The place was clean, well located and very comfortable. We had an excellent stay !

Details make the difference. We expected any small detail after a very noisy 8 am refurbishment from upstairs good morning welcome. Owner was contacted and came kindly to the house to check about. Expected any detail is always welcome (let’s say focaccia from downstairs for breakfast, let’s say two hours late check out).
