La propietaria era muy amable y estaba muy atenta. Los baños eran lo único que estaba reformado. La estación está cerca.

El barrio era bastante malo, no es recomendable ir por la noche (las dos noches que estuvimos hubo peleas debajo de casa). No es un barrio familiar. La puerta del apartamento era de madera y parecía muy insegura, solo tenía un cerrojo y no daba seguridad. La lavadora no funcionaba correctamente y desaguaba en el suelo, y no había tendedero. Hay una cama que no se puede usar de lo vieja que esta. Y no habían enchufes cerca de todas las camas. El apartamento estaba muy viejo y necesitaba urgentemente una reforma (salvo los baños que si lo estaban). La relación calidad-precio es pésima.

The worst is the 3rd floor without lifts. Luckily, we can keep our large bags on the 1st floor. The door is difficult to open. The whole apartment is so old except the toilets. Need to renovate for future use.

Location is very good, close to train station, maritime museum and aquarium. Host very available, she provided a lot of help and indications for local activities.
