Mi è piaciuta la posizione dell'alloggio all'interno del centro storico della città, a due passi da tutti i servizi. Mi è piaciuto l'appartamento, il senso di storiche suggestioni che evoca

Purtroppo il fatto che l'appartamento sia situato nel centro storico ha reso veramente difficile trovare parcheggio per l'auto. I posti a pagamento nei pressi dell'alloggio tutti sempre pieni, a costi proibitivi e incustoditi.

Il palazzo è carino

L'appartamento in sé è situato in un bel palazzo e all'apparenza si presenta bene ma è pieno di spiacevoli sorprese. Siamo stati l'intero primo giorno del nostro soggiorno senza né acqua calda, né riscaldamento per un problema tecnico. Poi siamo scappati per i troppi disagi riscontri. L'appartamento presenta parecchi difetti, fra cui finestre basse da terra, pericolose per un bambino; sanitari in pessime condizioni con rubinetti incrostati che spruzzano ovunque; terzo letto inutilizzabile per scomodità dello stesso (divano letto economico in similpelle, freddo e duro); l'appartamento è al piano rialzato, scordatevi di riposare prima delle 3 del mattino, perché i carrugi limitrofi sono pieni di bar rumorosi e le finestre non isolano assolutamente. A tutto si sommano le spiacevoli sorprese che la biancheria e la tassa di soggiorno non sono comprese per cui vanno saldate in loco e soprattutto che non ci è stato riconosciuto alcun rimborso né per gli inconvenienti né per aver abbandonato la struttura anzitempo rispetto alle notti pagate. Lasciate perdere!!

The apartment is conveniently located in Genoa old town, a few steps away from the harbour and the subway. The historic palazzo Giustiniani makes for a pleasant addition to the value of the stay. The kitchen is fully furnished with kitchenware, the coffee machine is a nice addition.

The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of one of Genoa's historic buildings. This means that the ceilings are very low and this factor together with the windows being on only one side of the house means that there is no air circulation. Since there is no AC in summer the apartment overheats very easily and the (half broken) fan that is provided is not up to the task. The situation is even worst in the bedroom, carved into the far side of the house and resembling more a crypt than an alcove. The bed is a contraption of dubious design consisting of a spring matress that amplifies the slightest movement into a ripple of seismic activity, making impossible to sleep alone or in couple given the constant oscillation of the whole thing. The house is located in the old town and downstairs there is a bistrot, meaning that there is a lot of noise until late in the night. The problem is aggravated in summer by the need to keep the windows open in order to be able to breathe inside the apartment. The whole check-in check-out procedure is done remotely. It works, but its efficiency borders on rudeness.

Wonderful apartment. In a historic building, within walking distance of all the main attractions. We were very pleased with our stay.

Beautiful apartment with quality furnishings. Very clean and well equipped kitchen. Great location close to cafes, transport and the old centre of Genoa. Lift access to first floor was helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The cooktop was unreliable.

it was time of more 20 years visiting Italy there was a separate charge for linnen unbelievable!!!!! No shower mat and no toiletries not even a mall soap.
