Skvělá domluva s majitelem. Parkování zdarma v okolo apartmánu včetně širokého okolí. Hodně nádobí v kuchyňce, pokud si někdo potřebuje uvařit. Kousek od centra, možnost pěšky i přímým spojem busu.

Ubytování je ve 4.patře. Pro někoho by mohl být náročnější každodenní výšlap.

Logement très propre et fonctionnel. Literie confortable. Parking proche, métro à 5 minutes à pied

Nous avons aimé l'espace la propreté des lieux et les attentions du propriétaire avec linge de lit et serviettes de bain.

Le bruit de la route, l'appartement est mal isolé on entend tout chez les voisins et nous n'avons pas apprécié la voisine au dessus qui faisais des passes... et qui nous a empêcher de dormir. Nous n'avons pas aimer l'emplacement car c'est très compliqué pour trouver une place de parking et surtout il est au 4eme sans ascenseur.

.Locatia buna , aproape de market si de metrou. Apartamentul a fost curat , gazda foarte amabila raspunzand punctual la solicitarile noastre.

Am fost deranjata la ore nepotrivite de zgomote din apartamentul de deasupra.

The apartment is nicely decorated and it was equipped with everything you need. There is a good supermarket just a few blocks away (Basko) and there is plenty of parking for free close to the apartment. Claudio, the host, is very helpful. He recommended us where to eat at a fair price. What I liked the most was the view from the bedroom window.

The apartment is located at the fourth floor and it was sometimes hard to go up after a long walk, but the good part is that you can keep in a good shape :). One of the pillows was very uncomfortable. It is a bit far from the city center if you go there by foot.. I recommend you take the bus right in front of the building.

Climatisation, carte de l'Italie sur la porte, propreté, lave linge et balcon pour faire sécher le linge (même du 4éme étage 🫣), supermarché proche, accès au centre de Gènes en 30 min a pied

Les escaliers, le quartier, pas facile de se garer
