Localização, o apartamento era bastante espaçoso e completo

Não gostamos da limpeza..

O quarto era confortável

Houve problema com a garantia do lugar de estacionamento. E casa, embora tivesse ar condicionado na sala, os quartos eram muito quentes.

Localização excelente. Ter lugar de garagem é uma mais valia,muito importante na zona que é. O apartamento tem o essencial que precisamos. Casa confortável, bom aquecimento de água e boa pressão. Gosto da vista e do som da água relaxante. É uma repetição e voltarei a repetir certamente.

O serviço TV Net poderia estar mais atualizado, o router e a box da operadora da NOS estão desatualizados. A limpeza não estava má mas pode ser melhorada. Na minha primeira estadia foi um sossego, agora na segunda já não tive a mesma sorte com os vizinhos, mas este é um problema alheio ao proprietário.

Large apartment. Centre of town location. Underground parking

Air conditioning is only one portable unit in the lounge area. Local festival at time of visit that went on until 4am, noise was very loud even with windows shut.

Great location. Spacious apartment with enough space for 4-5 people. In the living room, the temperature is good because of the air cooler. One big bathroom has a shower and another has a toilet. I think this apartment is a good ratio between price, location, and quality.

There were some issues with apartment maintenance, like cleaning and maintaining amenities, but they didn’t affect the general impression of the trip.
