Unique location and cosyness of the place.

Very different unique style we loved it amazing what was fitted into the space We liked the small touches and little luxuries

The stairs might not be for everybody. We couldn’t work out how to switch off the top floor lights. Maybe a pic of the outside with someone standing at the door with arms outstretched added to the property description would give a better sense of scale

Accommodation clean and as described. However warnings about theft in the area, particularly from bikes would have been appreciated.

We arrived by bike which we locked up securely to the racks outside the tower. In the morning all accessories were stripped from the bikes and what they couldn't steal they slashed. This means there are thieves in the area with knives. The tower is nice but who wants to stay where criminals frequent.

What a unique experience! We loved the little tower. It is definitely not for someone with mobility issues, and perhaps not for several evenings, but we enjoyed it very much for one night. The kitchenette and bathroom are well fitted and on the ground floor, a couch on the second floor and then many many steps up, the lovely bed. It has settings that can make you sit up or lift the feet. Windows on all sides. Thanks very much also for the wine and snacks, Mike. Gouda is a beautiful town and the little tower is well situated.

This was a unique property, very tasteful decor, great use of space. Comfortable bed. Warm, loved the underfloor heating on the ground floor. Good shower. The hosts were easy to contact. They kindly left us a well stocked fridge with treats for us during our stay. Good location, within walking distance of the main square in Gouda.

There are many stairs and the living space is small but the uniqueness of this property made our stay a memorable one.

Unique character property.

Quite cramped if you had a lot of luggage.
