De locatie. De zon op het balkon.

Geen gordijn aan de galerijkant. Er was wel afplakplastic tegen het raam, maar dat was slordig afgeknipt en kierde. Er ontbrak een deur tussen de keuken/eethoek en slaapkamer cq woonkamer. Het 2-zitsbankje was verre van confortabel. Er ontbrak een goed zittende stoel. Nicotine lucht van rokers via het luchtsysteem in de badkamer. wc pot vlak bij muur, dus geen ruimte voor één been.

"Praktische Lage für den Langläufer"

Liegt direkt neben der Loipe und nur ein paar Schritte vom Laden entfernt, in dem man Equipment leihen kann. Schöne Aussicht. Zimmer war sauber. Parkplatz vorhanden. Praktische Lage.
