Estudio con Piscina, Playa y Wifi

Small, but perfectly formed! So many little details in the room, spices, water, ironing board, kettle, coffee machine, the list goes on! Loved it 😀

Stayed in March and very quiet with great view. Perfect distance from town and hired a bike very cheap from Denia.

Convient to beach. Great swimming pool. Shops and restaurants nearby. Easy parking. Great Kart track at Olivia 20 mins away

Little bit on the Small side, but everything geared to maximise space and works very well. Really enjoyed our stay and would come again.

David & his mother were absolutely the best hosts and so very helpful in every matter we had. Very good and quick communication. The place is a studio, perfect for a couple, the views are amazing. We also didn't mind the little walk as the area was very safe and lots of different types of houses to look at. The apartment was spotless and could really not fault anything. Apart, maybe the bed could be a little comfier, but that's my personal preference for a harder mattress. Would highly recommend.

Flat is rather small, but has all you need for 1-2 people stay, with a great and sunny view from the balcony. Very friendly welcome from the hosts and fast communication. Within walking distance to the town center, shops and Via Verde for relaxed walking or running activities.

Amazing place, beautiful and cosy apartment, friendly hosts (Teresa & David). We were welcomed very kindly. The view from balcony is wonderful. We will come back for sure!
